Orders are typically processed in 3–4 business days. Standard shipping within North America takes 5–7 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–14 business days, depending on location and customs.

A Pre-Order is an advance purchase of an upcoming Noor garment that is not yet in stock. Placing a pre-order reserves your piece and allows us to produce ethically by matching supply to demand, reducing waste. Full payment is collected upfront to finance the production of the item.

Pre-order items are subject to a production timeline. The estimated delivery window (from the close of the pre-order event to your item shipping out) is typically 2 weeks. We are currently scheduled to begin fulfillment and shipping by the end of November. We will notify you via email of any significant updates or changes to this timeline.

While we strive to fulfill every order, not all orders are guaranteed to be finished due to the nature of custom production.

If Noor is unable to successfully complete and ship your specific ordered/pre-ordered item, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the option of receiving a full refund back to your original payment method, or receiving store credit.
