Return and exchange
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please visit our Contact page with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Orders are typically processed in 3–4 business days. Standard shipping within North America takes 5–7 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–14 business days, depending on location and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and rates for your region. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do the Pre-Orders work?
Pre-order items are subject to a production timeline. The estimated delivery window (from the close of the pre-order event to your item shipping out) is typically 2 weeks. We will notify you via email of any significant updates or changes to this timeline.
How do I know what size to order?

before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing
